常见问题

• 控制中心里选不到 FREESNAP：在「设置 › 控制中心」移除再重新添加「屏幕录制」，做一次普通的系统录屏；仍然不行请重启 iPhone。
• 停下来以后没有自动结束：页面里有视频在播放时可能停不下来。轻点屏幕左上角的红色录制标识，在弹窗里点「停止」，已录到的内容照常生成长图。
• 长图有错位或重复：请以正常速度滑动，不要快速甩动；也可以用裁剪去掉多余部分。
• 恢复购买：设置 › 恢复购买。需要使用购买时的 Apple 账户。

Common questions

• FREESNAP doesn't appear in Control Center: remove and re-add Screen Recording in Settings › Control Center, make one ordinary screen recording, and restart the iPhone if it still doesn't show.
• The capture doesn't end when I stop scrolling: a playing video can keep it going. Tap the red recording indicator at the top left and choose Stop; what was captured still becomes a long image.
• Misaligned or repeated parts: scroll at a normal pace rather than flicking; you can also crop away extra parts.
• Restore a purchase: Settings › Restore purchases, using the Apple Account you bought with.
